Spring Family Breaks - 3 Night Family Holidays
Our three-night family break includes the following:
- A three-night luxury stay at Hodson Bay Hotel on the shores of Lough Ree
- Full Irish Breakfast each morning
- An evening meal on two nights for the adults on the evenings of your choice
- Children if added to the booking are included on a bed & breakfast basis, their evening meals are charged on the night.
- Complimentary access to Yew Point at Hodson Bay where you can find our Fairy Trail.
- Complimentary access to our large indoor heated swimming pool
- Kids Club for 4-12 year olds from 6-10 p.m. available in the evenings which can be reserved via www.planmyhodsonstay.com (selected dates). Discounts for families with more than one child are available.
Check in & Check out time: Our check in time is from 16.00 onwards, access to rooms for early arrivals is strictly subject to availability. Check out time is 11am. To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. Photo ID is required on check in at the hotel.
Children when added to any reservations are not included for dinner. Kids Club can also be added as an extra activity during available times of the year.
Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled of modified later or in the event of a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
During Summer (July 1st to August 31st), if cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled of modified later or in the event of a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Pre-authorisation: To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount of €1 prior to arrival
Deposits: With the exception of Christmas, New Year & Selected dates throughout July & August (see Special Terms & Conditions), no deposit will be charged and the cost of the accommodation in full is required on check in the case of a debit card. A pre authorisation is required in the case of a debit card. Any additional costs incurred during the stay shall be paid prior to departure.
Special Terms & Conditions: For all Christmas and New Year bookings (which include December 25th and/or 31st ), and selected dates throughout July & August a non refundable deposit of €100 will be charged to credit/debit card at time of booking. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to season/date. Please review the offer details for special conditions that may apply. All other terms and conditions remain as outlined above.
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT at the current rates of 9%. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements.
