Check in & Check out time: Our check in time is from 16.00 onwards, access to rooms for early arrivals is strictly subject to availability. Check out time is 11am. To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you.
Children if added to the booking are only included on a bed & breakfast basis unless otherwise stated.
Supplements may apply on certain menu items such as but not limited to steak.
Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled of modified later or in the event of a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
During Summer (July 1st to August 31st), if cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled of modified later or in the event of a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Pre-authorisation: To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount of €1 prior to arrival.
Deposits: With the exception of Christmas, New Year & Selected dates throughout July & August (see Special Terms & Conditions), no deposit will be charged and the cost of the accommodation in full is required on check in the case of a debit card. A pre authorisation is required in the case of a debit card. Any additional costs incurred during the stay shall be paid prior to departure.
Special Terms & Conditions: For all Christmas and New Year bookings (which include December 25th and/or 31st ), and selected dates throughout July & August a non refundable deposit of €100 will be charged to credit/debit card at time of booking.
